Signature Landscape Ltd is equipped for large and small scale planting projects. We install premium quality plant materials, which include, compost, soil, fertilizer, bark mulch and of course the plants themselves. In our region we mostly work with plants that are hardy for zones 4-5 depending on specific micro-climates that exists in different landscapes. All plants Signature Landscape Ltd installs, have a one year warrantee so long as proper maintenance procedures have been met.

Turf Installation
The lawn area is often the largest area in the landscape and the most visual, which is why we believe, it should be done correctly to help the turf maintain a healthy appearance for years on end. To install turf correctly it is important to use quality products, such as:

Soil with proper nutrient values and correct PH and proper soil depth
Proper fertilizer for the establishment of new turf
Proper seed mixtures
High quality sod
High quality hydro-seed mixtures

We are equipped to install turf one of three ways.

Dry seed: Least expensive means of establishing new turf. Establishment however takes significantly longer than sod or hydro-seed.
Hydro-seed: Slightly more expensive than dry seed but is an excellent alternative because establishment time is much less and also requires less maintenance. The mulch that is incorporated in a hydro seed mix can hold significant amounts of water which is why it requires less maintenance.
Sod: Most expensive process, however it achieves instant results.

Signature Landscape Ltd guarantees hydro-seed and sod installations for one year so long as proper maintenance procedures have been met.
